This Tuoli BGA IC chip cleaning station is very precise, and because of it’s low-profile automatic centring grip plates it does not obscure your work. Perfect for chip clean up, degumming, glue removal, solder removal and grinding functions.
With 2 slimline plates, it operates in a 2 way Axis pincer movement, gripping the chip at its lowest point. This method gives you maximum exposure of the chip unlike other BGA / IC holders that cover the entire sides of the chip hindering your work.
The weight of the Tuoli station is 225g so combine this with the none slip pads on the underneath of the station and you get a solid work station that won’t move while you are working.
Supports BGA IC chips from as small as 1.2mm up to larger 22mm.
